Getting involved in Jennifer’s High Five Habit book study was one of the best decisions I have made for myself in a long time. I walked away learning about the value that was intrinsically given to me and took away a few tools in regard to taking action to continue to develop my self-worth. This is life-changing!! I gained a community of support with the people that were involved in the study with me, and Jennifer did a great job facilitating our time together each week. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is ready to grow and take themselves to the next level.

Through Jennifer’s High Five book study, I learned that it is okay to put myself first … in fact, I MUST put myself first in order to continue to serve others within my family and also at my job. I find myself no longer spiraling into anxiety on a regular basis, and also gained so much insight from Jennifer and others in the study. The size of the group was just enough so that all of us were able to discuss Mel’s book each week, and a lot of what was shared between us was encouragement that I always took into my week to build on and to help lift me up. Jennifer is a great encourager and facilitator and I cannot wait to participate in another study just like this one!
